mr. N. (Niels) Schotanus MHD

Commissioner, Experienced Professional, Guide, Sounding Board, Listener, Asker, Provider of Insights, Creator of Structure. I do not have any immediate answers, but I do always have meaningful questions. What is your challenge? What is necessary for a practical next step? Will we give “shape and form” to your intuitive answers? Creating overview, preparing for the next step, impact!

My guiding principle? You have my undivided attention!

I have been educated as a lawyer but have been shaped by my managerial experience in a variety of different organizations and cultures. I gained my inspiration during my graduate degree “Human Development in Organizations.” I further developed myself through coaching, training programs, strategic advice, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Why? I am focused on development. Moving forward strengthens you. People who are developing themselves are inspired and the cornerstone of any successful organization. Engaged employees and customers lead to excellent results and a better world.

How? Attention makes everything easier. Making abstract issues manageable. Searching for the essence together and then taking the next step. That is exciting! Then I offer my trust and stay close. I do this every day.

What? A life-long guide in the sustainable development of people and organizations. Keep moving even when things are tough. Taking on the roles of interim manager, advisor, coach, trainer or commissioner.

With vision, empathy and decisiveness.
