In close cooperation with clients, Van Ede & Partners regularly develop ‘In Company’ programs for teams. Examples of programs that we have already developed include leadership, vitality, burnout from a managerial perspective, high-level teams and retaining and engaging young talent. As a result, organizations get more out of their teams and team members get more from themselves and each other.

Whatever theme you want to tackle at your organization, we approach it in the ‘In Company’ program from various angles. In addition, your team will get to work with various work methods and exercises. Things do not stop at knowledge transfer participants also get to test their learnings in practice. For instance, they gain deep insights into how adaptive leadership influences behavior, what happens with interactions during negotiations, and what impact change has on group dynamics. Understanding the psychology behind taking control and taking responsibility. Existing and new ‘In Company’ programs

Before we kick off an ‘In Company’ program at your organization, we first discuss extensively where the real need lies: what are the “issues behind the questions?” Once we have this clear, we will determine together the desired direction and the prerequisites. It’s quite possible that we already have an ‘In Company’ program available for your situation; we have built a good library in recent years. Naturally, we will tailor such an existing program to your organization. We are also happy to set up a new inspirational and enriching ‘In Company’ program with you. This can vary from a single workshop to a complete development process in which we combine team sessions with individual coaching. We always do so with the goal to accomplish actual and lasting change, for the good of the team and everyone who is part of it.
