The world is changing at an ever-increasing pace and the dynamics this brings impacts all of us, in both our career and personal lives. This “outside-in” factor I happily connect with the desires and abilities (“inside-out”) of my clients, in identifying the next step, destination or job.

I live and operate in the belief that people know themselves but have trouble making this explicit or wonder how to adjust to new circumstances or a new destination. I am highly interested in your unique narrative and will help you develop yourself from this foundation. I gladly apply my experience, opinions and network to this.

My Business Administration studies at the University of Groningen laid the foundation for a diverse B2B career in chemistry, materials and pharmaceuticals. I have lived and worked in Asia, North and Latin-America and Europe. Recently as a Managing Director, in various commercial roles, as well as Finance, Management/Executive Development and strategy development.

Guiding people in their (personal) development has always played an important role throughout these endeavors. This has become a primary component in my career. In addition, I have become a Business Partner at crowd solver 10EQS. What has remained is my motto "cooperation pays off" and I am positively critical, pragmatically conceptual, and human and results-oriented. Together we will work towards your desired results.
