After studying aircraft engineering, I discovered that business development is my true passion: developing innovative products & services, trying new things, “pushing a stone up a hill.” I also discovered that business development means that you offer people the opportunity to give direction to their (own) ideas and to develop themselves personally, either within a company or as an entrepreneur. This combination of business & people development is still a leading factor in what I do: I am active in the startup scene in the Northern Netherlands - including as a (business) coach - and as a consultant at Van Ede & Partners.
