B.L.M. (Kita) Lebesque

Down to earth and warm, authentic, compassionate, being and doing, moving forward, optimistic, reflecting and pragmatic. As a career trainer-coach I focus on the fact that we live moving forward but learn by reflecting backwards. What I want to offer my clients is a clear view of their own life lessons, on what is present but perhaps still hidden beneath the surface, on what drives them, what they strive for, and what sometimes is shown too infrequently. From a sincere sense of curiosity, I search together with you for your individuality, your talents and where this can be most effectively applied.

I have had a highly versatile career, both regarding its content, as well as work disciplines. For over 23 years I was a Director at various organizations, I ended up working too hard and after a burn-out changed my course.

At this point I have been an entrepreneur for over 18 years, with great satisfaction. I am an independent career coach, a teacher of career professionals and a co-trainer within various industries (healthcare, manufacturing companies, but also in the government and education).

I utilize my life experience, analytical capabilities, a love for my work and a wide array of creative working methods to support my clients. Wherever my network can be of service to you I am more than happy to offer access to it.

I always start my day with a happy demeanor, keep an eye out for work-life balance, within the hustle and bustle, and do so in Friesland and Amsterdam.
