A.G. (Astrid) van Eijk

In my long-standing role as an entrepreneur active in labor market mediation (running several offices in South-Holland), I have been interested in what motivates people and how this can be utilized in the labor market. When I was asked several years ago to join Van Ede & Partners, all my different interests came together as if they were pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. After all, the preliminary route to a fun but more importantly a meaningful new destination is fascinating. It is a process which requires time and perspective. Since 2008 I have connected the experience I gained within several roles as labor market mediator and expert, with the experience of being a coach and partner at Van Ede & Partners.

Supporting and guiding people towards a fitting work environment or destination is something I pour my heart and soul into. I do this as an entrepreneur, coach, experience expert and advisor. I have more than 20 years of experience in labor market related assignments, with a focus on questions related to career and meaning. My coaching program focuses on becoming conscious of limiting beliefs, talent research and clarifying goals from various conceptual perspectives. I combine objective analysis with intuition and empathy. My approach is characterized by care, equality and respect. I am results-oriented and think through things and operate from the inner conviction that every human being is unique.

Among my specialties are stress-prevention, intervention and burnout-counseling applying CSR-methodology.
