Since 1990 I coach both teams and individuals. I am a change manager, trainer and coach who is interested in the motives and talents of people. Development, learning and growth is what fascinates me. Alternating between working as a manager, who sets goals and achieves results, and the in-depth coaching and training to me is the ideal combination. I take on the role of a mirror which illuminates patterns and helps distinguish cause from effect. My experience as an all-round manager in the for-profit and non-profit sector continuously helps me understand what struggles people are dealing with in their day-to-day job. Both in healthcare as well as with business service providers we are dealing with radical change. I see it as a challenge to coach and guide people in their career to allow them to utilize their talents optimally.
