Different life phases and experiences require insight and flexibility to deal with new realities. When coaching I use my life and work experience and focus first on what requires attention. Collaboration generates perspective, often through a sense of humor and challenging. It then becomes clear what you want to give meaning to. Your path.
I graduated in organizational psychology. After my studies my career developed with roles as a Manager/Director of HRM in international corporate environments, with responsibilities ranging from operational to strategic activities (mergers and acquisitions, consultation with work councils). I have also worked in change and leadership positions in healthcare, usually on a temporary or interim basis. I was part of management and executive teams and in various project teams.
The common thread in my career is the developing, advising and guiding of personnel and organizational change processes. At this moment I run my own management consultancy agency.
In 2002 I joined Van Ede & Partners as an organizational psychologist and coach.
