For over 25 years I have operated in various industries at the executive level, often with a challenging change management assignment. I would bring motion where things had become stagnant while keeping an eye on long-term goals. I would make the undercurrent visible to increase the understanding about an organization’s activity levels.
For the last 10 years I have developed myself as a consultant focused on change management issues. People who are intrinsically motivated, who take on a central role in either society or organizations have become an increasingly common thread in this. The development of personal leadership and giving shape to my professional space are important success factors to me.
I graduated in business administration and change management. In addition, during the past 10 years I have paid special attention to psychology and personal leadership in general and Systemic work and (organization) positions.
Currently I am working together with a partner on an idea about new forms of participation in decision-making processes in organizations.
