Costs

Here is a list of the standard rates:

Rates for the basic product range

Outplacement 20% annual salary + € 2,000.- for agency expenses with a minimum of € 10,000.-
Career coaching € 8,000.-
Personal Balance € 5,000.-
Talent in the Picture € 2,500.-
Coaching € 3,000.-

These rates apply for the comprehensive range of products that are paid for by the employer. For clients who pay directly, special rates are available, to be determined jointly by the client and Van Ede & Partners.

The duration of a trajectory varies from an average of 9 months for outplacement to 3 months for a light form of coaching.
