Network
The network of Van Ede & Partners consists of some 25,000 persons, built up from our own ‘warm’ network. We also have our outer circle: managers and professionals who support us and where our clients are always welcome.Among our 23,000 former clients, there are many with whom we still have warm ties. These ties can be made use of by our clients. Additionally, as a result of the type of work we do, we have built up long-term relations with headhunters, HR managers and management team members.
What is even more essential is that we help clients to come into contact with the people who can benefit them the most. Van Ede & Partners has its own vision on networks that we would like to share with you. It will make clear why only 30% of jobseekers find a suitable job using the traditional method of job hunting.
Van Ede & Partners has long been an active member of Career Net International (CNI), an international collaboration of outplacement agencies. We hold positions on the Boards of both organizations.
