History
In 1978, Paul van Ede introduced outplacement in the Netherlands, founding Van Ede & Partners in collaboration with Hans Leewens. Given our background, we also became an authority in career development. Coaching has always been a fixed element in our work and Our product range is constantly being fine tuned.Van Ede & Partners has always had a unique vision on talent. We offer methods that provide clients with the tools to enter the labour market effectively. It’s no coincidence that our motto is "Entrepreneurship with talents". To date we have assisted some 23,000 clients.
Van Ede & Partners has expanded to 11 offices and employs 90 coaches and 15 psychologists in the Netherlands.
